To be safe, we need to clean the inside of the car every day and every time a new client enters our vehicles! So, before delivering it to our customers, specific procedures are followed with special equipment on the external and internal surfaces of the car, with disinfectant cleaning fluid.

The beginning is made externally, in the handles of the doors and the trunk. From there, inside, we focus on the steering wheel, the gear selector, the parking brake, the door handles, the power window switches, the audio and infotainment system controls, the flash switches, the windshield wiper controls, the button control, even on the steering column, armrests, and door frames.

What is biological car cleaning?

Biological is the special, thorough cleaning and disinfection of the car’s interior, which is done through the use of special devices and special, ecological (biodegradable) cleaning substances.

What does the biological cleaning of the car include?

Biological cleaning necessarily involves detailed, thorough, and in-depth cleaning of the car’s cabin. In particular, it concerns the cleaning and disinfection of the roof, the dashboard, the center console, the upholstery of the seats, the belts, the carpet, the columns, the door upholstery, the trunk, the reserve, the tools, and more generally, each object inside the car. In order to achieve the maximum possible results, it is recommended that all parts of the car be removed and disassembled, where possible, such as the seats, in order to thoroughly clean the most difficult and hidden parts of the car.

What are the stages of biological purification?

Stage a):

First, a very good dusting is done inside the car, even up to the air conditioners of the air conditioner, with the use of a machine that emits compressed air and at the same time, any substances are removed, such as grease, with special cleaners, from the hinges-crates, and inside doors. At this stage of biological cleaning, great care must be taken so that the nozzle of the pressurized machine does not come into contact with the car’s roof in any case, as the increased pressure can lead to the detachment of its factory-installed lining and finally to be faced with unpleasant surprises, additional financial burdens and of course ominous developments in the future since it is extremely likely that the roof will “hang again” in a short time! Fabric coatings on the doors require similar care. Both for them and for the roof, special sponges must be used and the cleaning must be done with as gentle and careful movements as possible.

Stage b):

Then, a special washing-washing device is used with which the special cleaning substance is sprayed and followed by careful rubbing with a special brush or sponge on the fabric parts of our car, such as the seats, headrests, and sockets, on the door trim, on the carpets, on the floor covering of the luggage compartment and finally, on the floor mats. Particular attention, as predicted, in the roof, as there is an increased risk of detachment due to moisture, the gasoline that holds it, and hangs its fabric, with any unpleasant consequences this entails.

This is followed by cleaning the inside of the dashboard and plastic parts (air vents, door handles, switches, seat control controls, shelf, etc.), which is usually done using mild detergents and special sponges or brushes, for more inaccessible parts of the car, requiring more thorough cleaning. In the end, it is better to pass the plastic surfaces of the car on the one hand, with a special antistatic material, which prevents dust and dirt from re-entering the specific points, and on the other hand with a special protection emulsion, for complete hydration and better maintenance. their.

Stage d):

Finally, the most important stage of biological cleaning is the disinfection, sterilization, and deodorization of the interior and air condition of the car using an ozonizer. The ozone produced by this device is a powerful oxidizing agent and, due to its property, it effectively kills germs, bacteria, fungal spores, odors, and microorganisms. It even reaches places where it is impossible to clean otherwise, such as in the air conditioning pipes that due to the difference in temperature and humidity, especially in summer, germs, bacteria, mold, and bad breath are created.

Is the biological cleaning of leather upholstery done in the same way?

No. In leather salons, the biological cleaning process is different. In these cases, do not spray with liquid, but the special cleaner is gently spread with a special sponge, and drying is done with a soft cloth. Clearly, the use of a special, mild cleansing liquid is recommended and indicated, which with its chemical composition will not harm the skin. Wiping – drying, as well as scrubbing, should be done with gentle movements and with special care. Also very important in the whole process is waxing. After drying, with another cloth, the wax is spread over the entire surface of the liner and in this way, the gloss of the skin is increased and, consequently, its lifespan.
